Construction Guidelines
1. Substrate Surface Cleaning
(1) Surface treatment is essential to eliminate oils, dust, and any surface imperfections or natural oxide films. This process not only roughens the material surface but also enhances its chemical properties, boosting durability under stress and environmental factors.
(2) Standard cleaning solvents include isopropyl alcohol, methyl ethyl ketone, and xylene. Employ a white, clean, soft cotton cloth that is free of lint for effective cleaning.
(3) The 'double cloth wiping' technique is recommended: soak a clean cloth with solvent and wipe the surface in a single direction. Follow promptly with a second dry cloth to remove any remaining solvent residue.
(4) Avoid placing the cleaning rag back into the solvent container, as this will contaminate the cleaning solution and reduce its effectiveness.
(5) Clean only the bonding and sealing areas, completing each session within an hour, and minimize exposure of the cleaned surface to air.
2. Precise Application
