for use as an optimal sealant for mechanical components.

2. This sealant is a cost-effective, multipurpose solution, providing ease of use, while its cured form boasts robust physical properties alongside weather resistance,

durability, sealability, and extraordinary adhesion.

3. It demonstrates remarkable resistance to aging, weathering, and thermal cycling, ensuring no hardening, shrinkage, or cracking.

APPLICATION

1. Perfectly suited for electrical insulation, safeguarding wires from mechanical shocks, and effectively sealing air ducts, vents, flues,

as well as doors and windows.

2. Operative within a broad temperature spectrum ranging from -54°C to 250°C.

 

RESTRICTIONS

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: Maintain between +5ºC and +45ºC for optimal results.

1. Begin by cleaning thoroughly with an appropriate cleaning agent to ensure substrate surfaces are impeccably clean.

2. Apply the sealant only after the cleaning agent has dried, which typically takes about 1 to 2 minutes. It is advisable to use two distinct cloths-one for

applying the cleaning agent and another for the sealant itself.

3. To ensure a neat finish, cover areas outside the joint with masking tape before application.

4. Smooth out immediately post-application of sealant, and remove masking tape prior to skin formation.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Store for up to 12 months in unopened packaging, in a cool, dry environment with temperatures ranging between +5ºC and 27ºC,

and humidity levels between 30% and 70%. Optimal preservation is achieved at the lower spectrum of these temperature and humidity ranges.

To avoid contamination, refrain from returning unused product to its original container.

 

COLOR AND PACKAGE

Available in semi-transparent and black, with a variety of other colors available to suit different needs.

Packaging options include 85g, 300ml, and 600ml sizes.
