Description

MS7107 is a high performance, neutral one-part adhesive/sealant based on MS-polymer. It reacts with moisture to form an elastic material, and its surface drying time and curing time are related to temperature and humidity. Increased temperature and humidity can reduce tack-free time and cure time, while low temperature and low humidity can also delay the process. MS7107 is an odorless, solvent-free, isocyanate-free, PVC-free sealant. MS7107 has the comprehensive performance of elastic sealing and certain bonding strength. It has good adhesion to many substances and requires no primer, which is also suitable for painted surfaces. This product is proven to have excellent UV resistance, so it can be used not only indoors but also outdoors.

Method of Application:

 

1. All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, old sealant or other contamination.

2.Cartridge package: Cut seal on top of cartridge. Screw on nozzle and cut to desired bead size. Hold gun at 45°angle. Push forward, squeezing trigger to gently fill joint.
3.Sausage package: Sausage is applied with the corresponding Hand or Air pressure pistols. In the case of compressed air application, a pressure of (0.2-0.4) MPa could be tried.
4.After application before curing, the adhesive surface can be smoothed with soapy water.
5.Product can be painted; however, adaptation testing is recommended for a wide variety of paints.
