Product Description
EP7231 is a two-component epoxy structural sealant, colorless and transparent, which can be initially cured in 30 minutes at room temperature. Good bonding strength for a variety of materials. It has excellent weather resistance and chemical resistance.

Storage and Shelf Life:
12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5ºC and 27ºC, humidity between 30% and 70%. Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range and humidity range. To prevent contamination of unused product, do not return any material to its original container.
1. Clean the surface, clean the surface of the sticky or coated material, and remove rust, dust and oil.
2. Glue mixing: It is recommended to use a matching glue gun. First use the glue gun to beat AB until the glue is even, then install the glue mixing nozzle and start to glue until the glue is even.
3. Gluing: Select a suitable scraper and apply the mixed glue to the surface to be repaired, ensuring that the surface to be glued is completely soaked by the glue.
4. Assembly (pressing) : After sizing, complete the assembly (pressing) within the operable time.
5. Curing: This product is cured at room temperature according to the above "curing performance" data. When the temperature is lower than 25ºC, the curing time can be extended appropriately, and the heating curing can improve the performance.
6. Post-processing: After curing for a certain time, traditional machining methods can be used for turning, grinding, drilling, tapping, etc., to achieve the required size.
