PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Translucent Bonding and Sealing MS700 sealant is a high-quality, one-component MS polymer sealant with high tensile strength. This environment-friendly, low VOC adhesive offers exceptional bonding, durability, and flexibility, making it perfect for structural applications and a wide range of sealing needs.
APPLICATIONS
High-grade aluminum profile door and window sealing
Marble curtain wall bonding and caulking
Aluminum plastic panel curtain wall bonding and caulking
Building interior decoration
Bonding and sealing of automobiles, ships, elevators, cold storage, etc.
USAGE
Construction:
Cut the branch opening, put on the glue nozzle, cut the glue nozzle into a suitable slope, and apply it tothe construction site with a glue extrusion gun. During pneumatic gluing, the air pressure isrecommended not to exceed 0.4 MPa, and the construction temperature is recommended to be 4°C -40°C
Curing:
Place the glued parts in the air. After the skin is formed, it will cure from the surface to the inside. Thecuring depth will be 2~4mm within 24 hours at room temperature and 55% relative humidity. As timegoes by, the curing depth gradually increases.
Storage:
Unused glue should be tightened immediately and the nozzle should be sealed for storage. When usingit again, if there is a little crust on the seal, just remove it and it will not affect normal use. During thestorage process, a small amount of crusting may also appear on the branch mouth. After removal, it canbe used normally without affecting product performance.
PACKAGE
Standard 300ml plastic bottle packing, 24pcs/carton; 500-600ml flexible film packing, 20pcs/carton;A variety of packaging options are available to meet your needs.
Store the original sealant in a dry place, the temperature should not be higher than 27 °C, and the storageperiod is 12 months from the date of production
