PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1. This one-part, neutral curing sealant boasts excellent flexibility and significant movement capability, meticulously crafted

for gasket replacement or coating in high-temperature areas.

2. User-friendly and efficient, it cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, forming a resilient and flexible silicone rubber gasket.

3. It demonstrates outstanding resistance to aging, weathering, and thermal cycling, maintaining integrity without hardening, shrinking, or cracking.

APPLICATION

1. Perfectly suited for oil pans, transmission housings, valve chamber covers, timing gear covers, and differential housings.

2. Functional across a broad temperature range from -54°C to 260°C.

 

RESTRICTIONS

1. Not suitable for substrates with surface temperatures exceeding +50ºC, nor for application below 5ºC. Avoid use on

surfaces in direct contact with food.

2. Unsuitable for high-pressure seals; do not use for seals in direct contact with gasoline; not a substitute for cylinder head gaskets.

Not to be used for cylinder head gaskets.

3. Not designed for structural glazing applications.
 

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

12 months shelf life in unopened packaging, stored in a cool, dry place between +5ºC and 27ºC, with humidity between 30% and 70%.

Optimal storage is found in the lower half of the temperature and humidity range.

To avoid contamination, do not return unused product to its original container.

 

COLOR AND PACKAGE

Available in Black.

Various color options are available.

Packaging options include 85g, 300ml, and 600ml sizes.
