Description
The thermal insulation facing aluminum foil composite material utilizes a unique advanced composite process. It combines materials such as aluminum foil, reinforced mesh (fiberglass, PET), non-woven fabric (PET, fiberglass, PP), adhesive coating, hot pressing, drying, etc., to form an aluminum foil composite material with a smooth and flat surface, high light reflectivity, high tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions, impermeable, waterproof, good sealing performance, and strong weather resistance. This material can be processed further through cutting, perforation, and other methods.

The thermal insulation facing aluminum foil composite material is used as a heat-sealing facing and vapor barrier for insulation materials such as glass wool, rock wool, PU, PIR, XPS, mineral wool PEF products, and rubber and plastic products. It is suitable for online heat-sealing bonding of cotton felt, cotton board and cotton tube, PU, PIR, XPS foam insulation board, PEF board, and rubber and plastic board. It meets the insulation and water vapor barrier needs of roofing and wall insulation boards, HVAC ducts, and cold and hot water pipes, as well as the insulation needs of building insulation. It has characteristics such as fire resistance, corrosion resistance, heat insulation, sound absorption, energy saving, high tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions, impermeability, waterproofness, and good sealing performance.
