Application

 

1. Ideal for sealing low-stress connections and expansion joints in various building industry applications.

2. Effectively seals low-stress perimeter joints, enhancing structural integrity.

3. Perfect for bonding and sealing a wide array of materials, including glass, aluminum, concrete, and ceramics.

 

Directions for Use

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: +5ºC to +45ºC

1. Begin with thorough cleansing using a suitable cleaning agent to ensure substrate surfaces are impeccably clean.

2. Once the cleaning agent dries, typically within 1-2 minutes, proceed with the sealant application, utilizing two distinct cloths for precision. One cloth should be reserved for the cleaning agent, and the other for the sealant.

3. For a professional finish, mask the exterior of joint areas prior to application.

4. Immediately tool the sealant post-application to achieve a smooth finish and remove masking tape before the sealant forms a skin.
 

Restrictions

1. Avoid application on substrates where surface temperatures exceed +50ºC or fall below +5ºC.

2. Not intended for surfaces that come into direct contact with food.

3. Unsuitable for structural glazing applications.
 

Storage and Shelf Life

 

Enjoy a shelf life of 12 months when stored in its original, unopened packaging. Keep in a cool, dry space, at temperatures ranging between +5ºC and 27ºC, with humidity levels from 30% to 70%. Optimal storage conditions are found at the cooler end of this temperature and humidity spectrum.
