Product Description

MS7100 is a one-component sealant based on silane-modified polymers. This product cures to a soft elastic product by reacting with moisture. This product does not contain solvents, isocyanates, silicones and is odorless. The sealant also has good sag resistance and UV resistance, so it can be used both indoors and outdoors.
 

Application

Good sealing and bonding properties for various materials, and are suitable for permanent elastic sealing of medium and low strength.
Suitable materials include: wood, metal, paint coatings, ceramic materials, and plastics.
Widely used in the transportation industry, automobile manufacturing and repairing industry, shipping industry, container manufacturing and repairing, heating and ventilation systems, various maintenance, and repairs.

Our Advantages

1. All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, old sealant or other contamination.
2. Cartridge package: Cut seal on top of cartridge. Screw on nozzle and cut to desired bead size. Push forward, squeezing trigger to gently fill joint.
3. Sausage package: Sausage is applied with the corresponding Hand or Air pressure pistols.
4. After application before curing, the adhesive surface can be smoothed with soapy water.
5. Product can be painted; however, adaptation testing is recommended for a wide variety of paints.

 

Storage and shelf life

Product shall be stored in a cool, dry area in unopened containers. The shelf life is 12 months.
