AN-243 thread fastener is suitable for locking and sealing threaded fasteners that need to be disassembled normally. It can be disassembled normally using standard hand tools. The product solidifies when it is isolated from the air between two tightly matched metal surfaces, and can prevent loosening and leakage caused by impact and vibration. The thixotropic property reduces the fluidity of the liquid product before curing after it is applied to the substrate. 243 has good curing performance, not only acting on active metals (such as brass and copper), but also on inert substrates such as stainless steel and plated surfaces. This product is resistant to high temperatures and grease. It can tolerate various minor surface contaminations, such as cutting, lubrication, corrosion protection and protection of oil contained in the liquid.

Store in the original, unopened packaging in a cool, dry place. Storage information is on the label on the outside of the product packaging. Ideal storage conditions: 8°C - 21°C. Storage below 8°C or above 28"C will affect product performance.
Products that are taken out of the packaging box for use may be contaminated during use. To avoid contamination of unused glue, do not pour any glue back into the original packaging. The company will not be responsible for products that have been contaminated or improperly stored as mentioned above . For more information, please contact the local company technical service department or customer service department.
1. Surface Treatment: It is recommended to clean the threaded surface with a cleaning agent, as an oil-free surface achieves the best locking effect. When there are large gaps, low temperatures, and surface inertness (such as pure aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized, chrome-plated, etc.), a promoter should be used together.
2. Adhesive Application: Apply adhesive to bolts, nuts, and threaded holes, with a minimum of three drops of adhesive recommended.
3. Assembly: Assemble bolts and nuts and tighten to the specified torque.
4. Disassembly: If it is difficult to disassemble directly with a wrench, heat the bolt and nut to 260°C and disassemble while hot.
5. This product cannot be used for pure oxygen and/or enriched oxygen systems and cannot be used as a sealing material for chlorine and other strong oxidizing materials.
