PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1. This is a one-part neutral curing sealant boasting excellent flexibility and superior movement capability, expertly designed

for application in gasket replacement or enhancing gaskets in high-temperature zones.

2. User-friendly, it cures upon moisture exposure in the air, transforming into a durable, flexible silicone rubber gasket.

3. Exhibits outstanding resistance to aging, weathering, and thermal cycling without hardening, shrinking, or cracking.

APPLICATION

1. Ideal for sealing oil pans, transmission housings, valve chamber covers, timing gear covers, and differential housings.

2. Suitable for use across a broad temperature spectrum from -54°C to 260°C.

 

RESTRICTIONS

1. Avoid use on substrates with surface temperatures exceeding +50ºC or at application temperatures below 5ºC. Avoid surfaces

in direct contact with food.

2. Not suitable for sealing high-pressure locations; do not use for seals in direct contact with gasoline; unsuitable for

cylinder head gasket replacement.

3. Not intended for use in structural glazing applications.
 

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Maintain 12 months of shelf life when stored in unopened packaging in a cool, dry place with temperatures between +5ºC and 27ºC,

and humidity levels between 30% and 70%. Optimal storage conditions are at the lower half of these temperature and humidity ranges.

To avoid product contamination, ensure no unused material is returned to the original container.
