HM-SS2611 is a revolutionary one-component sealant that undergoes solidification upon exposure to the atmospheric water vapor. Its user-friendly design eliminates the need for pre-use stirring, allowing for seamless application with either a manual or pneumatic sealant gun. Before applying, it is crucial to ensure that the surface of the base material is completely dry and devoid of oil, grease, dust, or any other contaminants. Post-application, the sealant surface must be expertly trimmed prior to the formation of a skin layer. When engineering sealant joints, it is imperative to prevent undesirable three-sided bonding.
Usage Restrictions
This sealant is unsuitable for structural assembly purposes.
Avoid usage on surfaces prone to the leakage of plasticizers or solvents, as this can irreversibly damage the sealant.
Usage in completely sealed environments is not advised, as inadequate water vapor may lead to incomplete curing.
It is not recommended for environments subjected to prolonged inundation.
Avoid application on structural surfaces that will directly contact food products.
Not suitable for medical device applications.
Test

2. Adhesion Test: Zhejiang Keju Industrial Co., Ltd. is equipped to test the bonding efficacy of Keju products with selected project materials and will provide written recommendations for optimal products and surface cleaning methodologies.
3. Compatibility Test: To ensure material compatibility (e.g., aluminum, gaskets, beading, double-sided tape) with Keju sealant, a preemptive compatibility test is crucial. Either the engineering team submits materials to Zhejiang Keju Industrial Co., Ltd.'s laboratory for an assessment of compatibility with our company's products, and the written results are promptly delivered to the customer.
Construction
1. Cleaning of Substrate Surface
(1) The objective of pre-bonding surface treatment is to eliminate oil, dust, and any surface imperfections or loose natural oxide film on the base material. This process aims to roughen the surface for optimal mechanical embedding and enhance surface chemical properties, thereby increasing durability against environmental stress factors.
(2) Recommended cleaning solvents include isopropyl alcohol, methyl ethyl ketone, and xylene. Use a white, clean, soft, non-linting cotton cloth for application.
(3) Employ the 'double cloth wiping' technique: saturate a clean cloth with solvent, wipe the substrate surface unidirectionally, and promptly follow with a second clean, dry cloth to remove remaining solvent before evaporation.
(4) Avoid immersing the soaking cloth in the solvent container to prevent contamination and ensure effective cleaning.
(5) Limit cleaning to the bonding and sealing areas, ensuring completion within one hour. Do not expose the cleaned substrate surface to air for extended durations.
2. Precision in Sealing
Apply plastic tape to adjacent surfaces to maintain impeccable sealing lines.
Carefully cut the hose tip, attach the pointed nozzle, and adjust it at a 45° angle to suit the gap's dimensions.
