PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

MS710 is a high bonding strength silane modified polyther MS hybrid polymer sealant. it is made of Howell own technology MS polymer and shows a great bonding performance and high tack to various substrates that require high and initial strength. It is all transparent, low VOC, eco-friendly and paintable, thus an ideal material for bonding parts need good strength and quick fixation.High glossy with various colors.

USAGE

Construction:
Cut the branch opening, put on the glue nozzle, cut the glue nozzle into a suitable slope, and apply it tothe construction site with a glue extrusion gun. During pneumatic gluing, the air pressure isrecommended not to exceed 0.4 MPa, and the construction temperature is recommended to be 4°C -40°C

Curing:
Place the glued parts in the air. After the skin is formed, it will cure from the surface to the inside. Thecuring depth will be 2~4mm within 24 hours at room temperature and 55% relative humidity. As timegoes by, the curing depth gradually increases.

Storage:
Unused glue should be tightened immediately and the nozzle should be sealed for storage. When usingit again, if there is a little crust on the seal, just remove it and it will not affect normal use. During thestorage process, a small amount of crusting may also appear on the branch mouth. After removal, it canbe used normally without affecting product performance.

Store the original sealant in a dry place, the temperature should not be higher than 27 °C, and the storageperiod is 12 months from the date of production
