1. This is a semi-transparent, single-component neutral curing sealant that offers exceptional flexibility and high mobility, crafted

specifically for sealing mechanical components efficiently.

2. With its cost-effectiveness, versatility, and user-friendly application, the cured sealant demonstrates impressive physical properties, weather resistance,

durability, sealability, and superior adhesion.

3. The product boasts remarkable resistance to aging, weathering, and thermal cycling, all while avoiding hardening, shrinkage, or cracking.

APPLICATIONS

1. Ideal for electrical insulation, safeguarding wires from mechanical shocks, and sealing air ducts, vents, flues,

as well as doors and windows with precision.

2. Suitable for a wide temperature range from -54°C to 250°C, ensuring versatile uses.

 

RESTRICTIONS

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: Optimal between +5ºC to +45ºC

1. Ensure surfaces are thoroughly cleansed with a cleaning agent to maintain substrate cleanliness.

2. Apply sealant once the cleaning agent dries, approximately 1-2 minutes later. Utilize two separate cloths: one for

the cleaning agent and the other for the sealant.

3. For an immaculate appearance, use masking tape to cover joint edges before application.

4. Immediately tool the sealant for smoothness and remove masking tape before the sealant forms a skin.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Store for up to 12 months in unopened packaging at a cool, dry location with temperatures ranging from +5ºC to 27ºC,

and humidity levels between 30% and 70%. Optimal storage conditions are at the lower half of these ranges.

To prevent contamination, refrain from returning unused material to the original container.

 

COLOR AND PACKAGE OPTIONS

Available in Semi-transparent and Black, with various colors to choose from.

Packaging sizes include 85g, 300ml, and 600ml.
