HM-SS5549 silicone weather-resistant adhesive for construction is a kind of one-component, neutral curing, low modulus, high elasticity silicone rubber; it has good elasticity and displacement deformation ability, and has good adhesion to various powder coating metals. The thixotropy of the product prevents it from sagging when it is applied in building joints, so it is especially suitable for the design of non-structural bonding, weather resistance, and waterproof sealing of various curtain walls; at the same time, it can be used in a wide range of climate temperatures. It can be used, and it has good adhesion and compatibility to the surface of most substrates without primer. After curing, it is anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet radiation and extreme high and low temperature (-50-150°C) changes; it has Low modulus performance, can bear the expansion and displacement capacity of the interface ± 25%, can be widely used in bonding and sealing.

Restrictions

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: +5ºC to +45ºC 

1. Cannot be used for structural assembly.

2. Cannot be used on the surface that will seep plasticizer or solvent, which may cause permanent damage to the sealant.

3. It is not recommended to be used in a completely sealed space, because it will not be fully cured due to lack of of water vapor.

4. Not recommended for long-term immersion in water.
5. It is not recommended to be used on structural surfaces that will directly contact food.
6. It is not recommended to be used on medical.

Storage and Shelf Life

 

Store the original sealed adhesive in a dry place with a temperature not exceeding 27 degrees.
The storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
