Usage Restrictions
This sealant is not suitable for structural assembly purposes.
Avoid using on surfaces prone to plasticizer or solvent leakage, as this can cause irreversible damage to the sealant.

2. Adhesion Test: Zhejiang Keju Industrial Co., Ltd. is equipped to assess the bonding capabilities between Keju products and selected project materials. They will provide customers with written recommendations for appropriate products and cleaning methods.
3. Compatibility Test: To confirm material compatibility with Keju sealant, a pre-use compatibility assessment is essential. The engineering party should supply materials to Zhejiang Keju Industrial Co., Ltd.'s lab for testing. A written report of the results will be provided to the customer.
Construction
1. Surface Preparation
(1) Surface treatment aims to eliminate oil, dust, and loose oxides accumulated during production and transport. This roughens the base material for better mechanical embedding and enhances the surface's chemical attributes, ensuring durability against environmental stress factors.
(2) Utilize solvents like isopropyl alcohol, methyl ethyl ketone, and xylene for cleaning. The cleaning cloth should be white, clean, soft, and lint-free.
(3) Implement the 'double cloth wiping' technique: Soak a cloth in solvent, wipe in a single direction, and promptly follow with a second dry cloth to absorb remaining solvent before it evaporates.
(4) Never immerse the cleaning rag in the solvent container, as this may contaminate the solvent and reduce cleaning efficacy.
(5) Restrict cleaning to the bonding and sealing area, and limit exposure of cleaned substrates to air for a maximum of one hour to maintain surface integrity.
2. Seam Preparation
Use plastic tape to protect areas around the interface, ensuring clean, precise sealing lines.
Cut the nozzle of the hose, attach the pointed tube, and trim it at a 45° angle tailored to the gap size.
