PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1. This innovative, one-part neutral curing sealant is crafted for superior flexibility and exceptional movement capability, making it perfect

for replacing gaskets or coating those in high-temperature areas where reliability is paramount.

2. User-friendly and efficient, it cures upon exposure to air moisture to form a robust, flexible, silicone rubber gasket.

3. Demonstrates outstanding resistance to aging, adverse weather, and thermal cycling, ensuring no hardening, shrinkage, or cracking.

APPLICATION

1. Ideal for use with oil pans, transmission housings, valve chamber covers, timing gear covers, and differential housings.

2. Reliable within a broad temperature range of -54°C to 260°C.

 

RESTRICTIONS

1. Not suitable for substrates where surface temperatures exceed +50ºC or applications below 5ºC. Avoid use on surfaces in direct contact with food.

 

2. Unsuitable for sealing high pressure joints or in direct contact with gasoline; not to be used as a substitute for cylinder head gaskets.

 

3. Not appropriate for structural glazing applications.
 

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Maintain in unopened packaging for up to 12 months in a cool, dry environment between +5ºC and 27ºC, with humidity levels between 30% and 70%.

Optimal storage conditions are in the lower half of the specified temperature and humidity ranges.

To avoid contamination, do not return unused material to its original container.
