HM-MS90 Sealant is a premium, environment-friendly, high elongation, high-performance sealant. With excellent chemical resistance, low VOC content, and waterproof capabilities, it offers superior bonding and water resistance, making it ideal for professional and general sealing applications.

2. Weatherproof expansion joints in "exterior wall systems" and many building types, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
3. MS Sealant is non-staining & suitable for sealing on natural stone on condition that joint dimensions and joint movement are respected.
4. Applications that should be painted with water-based paints.
