The problems that often occur when engines are working are "three leaks" (water leakage, oil leakage and air leakage). The "three leaks" may seem ordinary and not worth mentioning, but they directly affect the normal use of the car and the quality of the car parts. Appearance cleanliness. In order to avoid the "three leaks" phenomena such as air leakage, oil leakage, and water leakage during engine operation, many sealing issues are involved in the engine production process.

Anaerobic adhesives are referred to as anaerobic adhesives, also known as anaerobic adhesives and thread adhesives. They are also called "anaerobic locking (tightening) agents" abroad and are a new type of sealing adhesive. The main component is (meth)acrylate, which is a liquid or paste in its normal state. Once the air is isolated, with the help of metal catalysis, it can polymerize and solidify quickly at room temperature, forming a strong bond and good sealing.

Its emergence and development provide good conditions for improving sealing technology and solving the "three leaks" of engines. According to the different components of the engine, it can be roughly divided into three types, namely, joint surface anaerobic sealant, screw locking anaerobic sealant and cylindrical retaining anaerobic sealant.

In the past, solid gasket seals were used for joint surface sealing, such as paper pads, asbestos pads, steel pads, etc. When solid gaskets are used, leakage problems may occur over time due to stress or gasket infiltration.
Now, in order to completely solve the problem of joint surface leakage, everyone chooses anaerobic flat sealant or silicone sealant to replace solid gaskets for sealing.

1. The product is sensitive to light/moisture. During storage and operation, it needs to be kept in a dry environment and sealed and the exposure to various light sources such as sunlight, UV light and other artificial lighting sources must be controlled;
2. When using, it is recommended to clean the surface of the coated product to remove surface impurities, oil stains and other pollutants to obtain the expected coating effect; manual brushing, mechanical spraying and other coating methods can be used;
3. Curing: It needs to be irradiated with ultraviolet light or visible light that reaches the glue layer and has an appropriate wavelength. The time is determined by the intensity and light distance of the lamp. Generally, the illumination time is six times the fixed time;
4. When bonding some materials that are particularly sensitive to temperature, the materials need to be cooled before use;
5. The uncured adhesive can be removed with appropriate organic solvents such as IPA, MEK, etc.;
