Description

MS110 is a genneral purpose silane modified polyther MS hybrid polymer sealant. it is made of Howell own technology MS polymer and shows a good bonding and sealing performance to various substrates. It is all ransparent, low VOC, eco-friendly and paintable which makes it a good choice for general bonding and sealing shadowless materials.

Instructions for use

Construction: 
Cut the branch opening, put on the glue nozzle, cut the glue nozzle into a suitable slope, and apply it to the construction site with a glue extrusion gun. During pneumatic gluing, the air pressure is recommended not to exceed 0.4 MPa, and the construction temperature is recommended to be 4°C - 40°C

Curing: 
Place the glued parts in the air. After the skin is formed, it will cure from the surface to the inside. The curing depth will be 2~4mm within 24 hours at room temperature and 55% relative humidity. As time goes by, the curing depth gradually increases.

RESTRICTIONS 
1.Do not apply on dusty or crumbling surfaces. 
2.Do not apply on wet surfaces. 
3.Do not use on surfaces with traces of oil, grease or form-release compound; adhesion may be affected. 
4.Do not apply on bituminous surfaces where there may be traces of bleeding oil. 
5.Do not apply if the temperature is lower than +5°C. 
6.Use elastomeric paint to paint over the sealant. 
7.If exposed to UV rays the surface could yellow.

Precautions: Store away from children. If it accidentally comes into contact with skin,wipe it with a cloth and rinse with clean water before it solidifies.

                       In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water.

                       It is recommended to use it in a well-ventilated area.

Elastic sealant and fller for internal and external gaps, such as cracks and crevices, fllet and expansion joints subject to

movement of up to 20%. It is most frequently used for the following applications:
