PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

 

1. It is a semi transparent, one part neutral curing sealant with excellent flexibility and high movement ability,which is designed 

to be used as a sealant for mechanical components. 

2. It is cost-effective, versatile, easy to use, and the cured sealant has good physical properties and weather resistance, 

durability, sealability and adhesion. 

3. It shows excellent resistant to aging, weathering and thermal cycling, without hardening, shrinkage or cracking

APPLICATION

1. It is suited for electrical insulation, protection of wires from mechanical shock, and sealing of air ducts, vents, flues, 

and doors and Windows. 

2. It can be used in the temperature range from -54°C to 250°C.

 

RESTRICTIONS

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: +5ºC to +45ºC 

1. Cleanse with a cleaning agent, to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean. 

2. Use the sealant after cleaning agent dries, around 1~2mins later. You can use two different cloth, one for 

cleaning agent, and the other for sealant. 

3. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application. 

4. Tool immediately after sealant application, make it smooth and remove masking tape before sealant skins.

 

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5ºC and 27ºC, 

humidity between 30% and 70%. Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range and humidity range. 

To prevent contamination of unused product, do not return any material to its original container
