EP5211 is a one-component heat-curing adhesive used for bonding the folded edges of automobile doors and front and rear trunk lids. The glue contains glass microbeads, which can improve the problem of glue overflow when the steel plate is folded. At the same time, the glass microbeads can act as "rivets" to obtain higher initial strength and improve the dislocation problem of the steel plate.

Store in a sealed place away from light, in a cool, dry place. The recommended storage temperature is 5-25°C. The shelf life is 3 months.
1. Construction tools and requirements: glue injection gun, air pump glue injection gun
2. Debris and excess anti-rust oil on the sheet parts should be wiped off, and the oil content is required to be no higher than 2g/m2.
3. Construction temperature: The optimal operating temperature is 25~35ºC (the construction speed can be adjusted by heating if necessary, it is recommended to continue heating at a temperature <40ºC).
4. After glue application, assembly should be completed within 72 hours and cured within 2 weeks.
