Product Description
AN262 is a single-component anaerobic threadlocker used for permanent locking and sealing of threaded fasteners. During curing, it requires oxygen exclusion and contact with metal ions. It is a high-strength product with fast curing, thixotropic viscosity, and excellent resistance to chemical media. It is suitable for various metal surfaces, especially for threaded fasteners subjected to strong vibration and impact. It is recommended for locking and sealing threaded fasteners below M10 to M20.

Product shall be stored in a cool, dry area in unopened containers. The shelf life is 18 months when stored with temperature 5~28ºC.

1. Surface treatment: It is recommended to clean the thread surface with a cleaner to achieve the best locking effect on oil-free surfaces.
2. When there is a large gap, low temperature, and inert surface (such as pure aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized, chromium-plated, etc.), it is necessary to use a promoter together.
3. Adhesive application: Apply adhesive to bolts, nuts, and threaded holes, and it is recommended to apply adhesive to at least three threads.
4. Assembly: Assemble bolts and nuts, and tighten to the specified torque.
