PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1. This is a premium, single-component, neutral-cure sealant known for its exceptional flexibility and high mobility, crafted

specifically for applications such as gasket replacement or coating gaskets in high-temperature zones.

2. User-friendly application: Cures upon exposure to ambient moisture, creating a robust, flexible silicone rubber gasket.

3. Outstanding resistance to aging, weathering, and thermal cycles, maintaining integrity without hardening, shrinking, or cracking.

APPLICATION AREAS

1. Ideal for oil pans, transmission housings, valve chamber covers, timing gear covers, and differential housings.

2. Suitable for a temperature range of -54°C to 260°C.

 

USAGE RESTRICTIONS

1. Avoid application on substrates where surface temperature exceeds +50ºC or below 5ºC. Not suitable for surfaces

that have direct contact with food.

2. Not recommended for high-pressure seals; Avoid use in seals that come into direct contact with gasoline; Not a substitute

for cylinder head gaskets.

3. Not suitable for structural glazing applications.
 

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS AND SHELF LIFE

Maintain in unopened packaging for 12 months in a cool, dry place at temperatures between +5ºC and 27ºC, with humidity

ranging from 30% to 70%. For optimal storage, keep within the lower half of these temperature and humidity ranges.

To avoid contamination, do not return any unused product to its original container.
