Description
100% silicone-based HM-HS140 is a single-component roof coating designed to provide a durable, watertight, breathable, and weatherproof barrier. Resistant to natural weathering, HM-HS140 offers excellent performance and long-lasting protection.

This versatile coating can be applied directly to various surfaces, including spray-applied polyurethane foam, EPDM, PVC, aged acrylic coatings, concrete, asphalt BUR, granulated modified bitumen, metal roofs, and masonry walls. It demonstrates outstanding primerless adhesion to many substrates, as confirmed by ASTM D6694 testing standards.
