PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The HM-SS5549 Silicone Weather-Resistant Adhesive is a triumph of engineering, crafted especially for the construction sector. This one-component, neutral curing, low modulus, and high elasticity silicone rubber boasts exceptional elasticity and displacement deformation ability. Its superb adhesion caters to a variety of powder-coated metals. With its thixotropic nature, this product avoids sagging in building joints, making it the perfect choice for non-structural bonding, weather resistance, and waterproof sealing of curtain walls. Remarkably versatile, it thrives in a vast range of climate temperatures and adheres without primer to most substrates. Once cured, it stands resilient against aging, ultraviolet radiation, and extreme temperature variations from -50°C to 150°C. Its low modulus accommodates interface expansions and displacements up to ± 25%, making it a versatile solution for bonding and sealing applications.

APPLICATION

RESTRICTIONS

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: +5ºC to +45ºC

1. Not designed for structural assembly.

2. Avoid use on surfaces that secrete plasticizers or solvents, as this may cause irreversible damage.

3. Not suitable for fully sealed environments due to incomplete curing from insufficient water vapor.

4. Not intended for prolonged water immersion.
5. Avoid usage on surfaces in direct contact with food.
6. Not recommended for medical applications.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Store the adhesive in its original sealed condition in a dry place, maintaining a temperature below 27°C.
Product remains viable for up to 12 months from the date of production.
