DIRECTIONS FOR USE

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: Ensure a temperature range of +5ºC to +45ºC for optimal performance.

1. Begin by thoroughly cleansing the substrate surfaces with a cleaning agent to achieve a pristine application surface.

2. Once the cleaning agent has evaporated, typically within 1-2 minutes, proceed with sealant application using separate cloths for each. This technique ensures cleaner, more accurate application.

3. To attain a refined finish, mask off adjacent areas of the joint with tape prior to sealant application.

4. Smoothen the sealant immediately after application and remove masking tape before the sealant skins over, for a seamless appearance..

 

RESTRICTIONS

1. Avoid application on substrates with surface temperatures exceeding +50ºC or in conditions below 5ºC, to prevent performance issues.

2. The sealant is not suitable for surfaces that come into direct contact with food, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.

3. Not recommended for use in structural glazing applications to maintain structural integrity..

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Ensure the product is stored in a cool, dry place at temperatures between +5ºC and 27ºC, with humidity levels between 30% and 70%. For optimal storage conditions, maintain temperatures and humidity at the lower end of these ranges.

To prevent contamination, never return unused material to its original container, preserving product quality..
