SS2700FR is flame retardant and fireproof silicone sealant is a one-component, neutral-curing silicone sealing rubber; it has good elasticity and displacement deformation ability, and has good adhesion to various stones, ceramics and cement components, metals, and aluminum materials. Relay, the thixotropy of the product prevents sagging when used in building caulking applications.

At the same time, its excellent flame retardant properties make it particularly suitable for fire retardant sealing applications in various buildings; at the same time, it can be used in a wide range of applications. 

It can be used in any climate and temperature. It has good adhesion and compatibility on most substrate surfaces without primer. After curing, it is anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet radiation and resistant to extreme high and low temperatures (-40-280ºC). ) changes; can be widely used for bonding and sealing.

test

1. It is the customer's responsibility to conduct corresponding tests on the application of the proposed sealant and determine whether the performance meets the customer's application requirements.

2. Adhesion test: The company has the ability to test the adhesion performance of Keju products and materials selected for the project, and will recommend suitable products and correct surface cleaning methods to the customer in writing.

3. Compatibility test In order to ensure the compatibility of engineering materials (aluminum, gaskets, beading and double-sided tape, etc.) with Keju sealant, a compatibility test is required before the engineering party uses our company's products. Or the engineering party provides materials to the laboratory of Zhejiang Keju Industrial Co., Ltd. We will test the compatibility of our company's products and materials and submit the results to the customer in writing.

1. Cleaning of substrate surface
(1) The purpose of surface treatment before bonding is to remove oil, dust, surface damage and loose natural oxide film on the surface of the base material during the production and transportation process, so as to roughen the surface of the base material and form a surface suitable for mechanism embedding. morphology, while improving surface chemical properties and improving durability under the influence of stress environmental factors.
(2) Cleaning solvents are usually isopropyl alcohol, methyl ethyl ketone, and xylene. The cleaning cloth should be white, clean, soft, non-linting cotton.
(3) Use the "double cloth wiping" method to clean the surface of the substrate. Soak a clean cloth with solvent. Wipe the surface of the substrate in only one direction. Before the solvent evaporates, immediately use a second cloth with a clean dry surface. Wipe the solvent off the surface of the substrate.
(4) Do not put the soaking rag into the container for soaking, otherwise the clean solvent will be contaminated and the cleaning effect will be affected.
(5) Only clean the bonding and sealing construction part within 1 hour each time. Do not expose the cleaned substrate surface to the air for too long.

2. Make a bet
Use plastic tape to cover the surface near the interface. To ensure that the sealing work lines are perfectly neat.
Cut the mouth of the hose, install the pointed tube, and then cut it at a 45° angle according to the size of the gap.
Install the glue gun and press out the glue along the gap at a 45° angle to ensure that the glue is in close contact with the surface of the base material. When the joint width is greater than 15 mm, glue needs to be applied multiple times. After gluing, trim the surface with a knife to remove excess glue, then tear off the tape. If there are stains, use a damp cloth to remove them.

3. Pad material
Open-cell polyurethane or closed-cell polyethylene foam padding rods and polyethylene materials are recommended lining materials. Prevent sealant from sticking on three sides.
