PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The HM-E970 sealant is a single-component, room-temperature vulcanizing materialdistinguished by its neutral, alcohol-based chemistry. It is formulated to be non-corrosive whenapplied to the majority of common substrates, it is low in odor, and it contains anti-mildew andanti-bacterial agents, making it a safe and environmentally responsible choice. This productprovides exceptional bonding strength to diverse materials, including glass, ceramic tiles,concrete, wood, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized iron, and most plastics, negating the needfor preparatory primers. Its performance is further enhanced by its resistance to both high andlow temperatures, sustaining excellent rubber elasticity across a temperature range of -50°C to150°C.
 

APPLICATIONS

Caulking and bonding seals between glass, daylight panels and frames in buildings;
Waterproof and mildew-proof bonding and sealing for interior decoration such as kitchen utensilsand bathroom sanitary ware.

USAGE

The substrate's surface must be prepared by ensuring it is clean, dry, and entirely free from anydust or grease contamination before construction begins. If required, the substrate's surface canbe meticulously cleaned with alcohol and a lint-free cotton material. The nozzle should betrimmed to the precise dimensions required by the application site and the necessary fill size tooptimize construction convenience and efficiency. Post-application, a scraper may be utilized to achieve a smooth, uniform colloid within the gap, enhancing the final aesthetic of the fill.Trimming must be completed within the designated surface drying periods. It is crucial to operatein a well-ventilated area and to use appropriate safety gear as needed. Detailed information canbe found in the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
 

PACKAGE

Standard 300ml plastic plastic bottle packing, 24 pcs/ctn; 500ml flexible film packing, 20 pcs/ctn;200L iron drum.
Store the original sealant in a dry place, the temperature should not be higher than 27 degreesCelsius, from the date of production, the storage period of 12 months
