PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1. It is a one part, water-based low modulus sealant,which is flexible and paintable.
2. It can provides excellent adhesion to most surfaces.
3. It is easy to apply and compatible with most materials used in construction e.g. concrete, wood, brick, natural and artificial
stone, glass, metal and sanitary-ware.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
1. It is used for joining & sealing a variety of building materials & construction elements.
2. It seals between plaster board panels, cornices & decorative ceiling panels.
3. It is suitable for Vanities and bath, Corners of walls and Gaps & Cracks .

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: +5ºC to +45ºC
1. Cleanse with a cleaning agent, to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean.
2. Use the sealant after cleaning agent dries, around 1~2mins later. You can use two different cloth, one for
cleaning agent, and the other for sealant.
3. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.
4. Tool immediately after sealant application, make it smooth and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
RESTRICTIONS
1. Should not be applied for sealing joints permanently exposed to water.
2. It should not be applied in case of risk of rain or frost.
3. Not recommended for use in below-ground joints or trafficable.
4. Will not adhere to some plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and Teflon.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5ºC and 27ºC,
humidity between 30% and 70%. Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range and humidity range.
To prevent contamination of unused product, do not return any material to its original container
