HM-SS2397 is an one component, room temperature curing sealant, it is alcohol-type neutral, non-corrosive to most substrates, has low odor, anti-mildew, anti-bacteria, green, safe and environmentally friendly.
It has excellent bonding properties and can bond well to glass, ceramic tiles, concrete, wood, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized iron, and most plastic substrates without the need for primer.
It is resistant to high and low temperatures, it can maintain good rubber elasticity in a wide temperature range of -50ºC-150ºC.

Caulking and bonding seals between glass, daylight panels and frames in buildings
Waterproof and mildew-proof bonding and sealing for interior decoration such as kitchen utensils and bathroom sanitary ware

Note: The test requirement is to cure for 7 days under standard conditions.%

Instructions:
The surface of the substrate to be constructed must be clean, dry, and free of dust and grease stains. If necessary, the surface of the substrate can be wiped clean with alcohol and lint-free cotton.
Cut the nozzle according to the needs of the construction location and filling size to make the construction more convenient and efficient. If necessary, you can use a scraper to smooth the colloid in the gap after application to ensure the beauty of the filling. Please complete trimming between surface drying times.
Please operate in a ventilated place and wear safety protection equipment when necessary.

Usage restrictions:
Not to be used as a secondary sealant in insulated glass units.
Not for use in structural glass bonding.
Discoloration or other damage, such as loss of sealant adhesion.
Not suitable for use on natural stone such as marble, granite, quartzite as it can cause staining.
Not recommended for aquarium sealing or long-term use underwater.
Not suitable for food contact applications.
The time to complete cure can be extended at lower temperatures, lower humidity, increased glue thickness, or through low volume air exchange.

Storage and shelf life

 

Stored in a cool and dry place at 27°C, the validity period is 12 months. If it exceeds the storage period, it can still be used if it passes the inspection.
